Twilio Web UI/UX
Designed web UI/UX for Twilio SendGrid pages. Built graphic assets and directed video properties. Page refinements based on user questionnaire results. Heatmap analysis helped to reorganize content blocks on the pages and AB testing for color and placement of primary CTAs for higher clicks and conversions.
